The brief was to create a modern, architectural signage proposal including welcome and directional information that relates to the existing development branding and architecture on site.

Thorpe Park Leeds delivers a new build retail and leisure environment on a strategic regeneration site along the M1 corridor. The scheme, created for clients Scarborough Group International and Legal and General, provides over 160,000 sqft of prime retail, 38,000 sqft of restaurants, over 70,000 sqft of leisure including a multiplex Odeon cinema, and over 900 parking spaces. This development delivers a landmark site on a wider masterplan, which includes business and retail.
