The £50m mixed use development consists of a Sainsbury’s anchor store, non-food retail, residential and hotel alongside a new area of public realm.

The public realm incorporates a new square at the heart of the development and high quality streetscape to Sutton’s High Street. Vector prepared the landscape masterplan and detailed design to secure planning and were involved during implementation of the works on site through to completion of the scheme in Autumn 2016.
